No Returns & No Refunds Policy

At Divine Natural Products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any products purchased through our store.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We want you to be happy with your order. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at divinenaturalproducts@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Claims made after the 7-day window cannot be honored.
